Board Meeting – June 26 2019 – Grand Hall 9:30 AM
The Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 26th at 9:30 AM in the Grand Hall. This meeting is open to all Members. The agenda includes the Treasurer’s report, Committee reports, General Manager report, as well as an appointment to the Operations Advisory Committee, a request for funds, Clubhouse Leases among other business. The Board of Directors will move into Closed Session after the adjournment of this meeting in accordance with the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, Section 11B-111(4)(i)(vi) for the discussion of matters pertaining to employees and personnel and contract negotiations.
