General Manager Resignation
Kristi Clarke, General Manager of the Association, submitted her resignation to Legum & Norman and The Parke Homeowners Association on Monday, July 1, 2019. Her last day worked is scheduled to be July 31, 2019.
Kristi will be relocating out of the local area to pursue new endeavors. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all Members of the Association, I would like to extend best wishes and a “Job Well Done” to Kristi for all of her hard work and dedication to The Parke Homeowners Association that she has displayed over the past six years. Kristi will be sending a personal statement to the Membership to follow.
Hillary Lape, Executive Vice President of Legum & Norman, The Association’s contracted management firm, has initiated the replacement effort to secure a new General Manager for the Association and will work closely with the Board of Directors in doing so. Update notices, as warranted, will be distributed to the Membership in the normal manner.
Additionally, one good news update is that a candidate has accepted an offer to fill the vacant Parke Clubhouse and Communication Coordinator position. The start date is scheduled to be July 17, 2019. Additional information to follow.
