COVID 19 – UPDATE # 8

As previously advised, the Board of Directors, yesterday March 31, 2020, conducted a virtual/streaming Special Meeting to address three Requests for Funds that were generated by the Operations Advisory and Budget & Finance Committees.
By all accounts, the meeting went well, with 25 Members in attendance, and all three Requests for Funds, a Landscape project, the obtainment of a new Association insurance agency and 2020-2021 Comprehensive and Liability Policy and the Clubhouse Parking Lot asphalt project, were all approved by the Board.
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the April 29, 2020 Board Meeting is “back in place” and that it will utilize the GOTOMEETING.com platform to present the meeting to the Members. Additional information to follow.
Additionally, several Association committees have important work to conduct during April and they also will be utilizing the GOTOMEETING.com platform to conduct their meetings.
Noting the difficulties of being confined to our homes for an extended period of time, perhaps, joining one or more of the meetings, from the comfort of one’s home, would provide an alternative to the daily routines where we find ourselves day in and day out? Joining the meeting is interesting, informative and who knows, one might find themselves wanting to get more involved? Details to follow!
