Comcast Update-October 26th
Here is the link to the latest update on Comcast as they continue to work on the infrastructure in several areas of Ocean Pines and The Parke.
Important: Moore is beginning the winterization for homeowners of the irrigation system valves, pipes and heads. If they find any damage, they will do the necessary repairs and bill the homeowner. However, If the damage was caused by Comcast during their construction, then it is up to the homeowner to be reimbursed by Comcast. In other words, Moore will be paid by the homeowner for any repairs and the homeowner will then have to reach out to Comcast for reimbursement (if they caused the damage). In the event construction causes any damage, please call Comcast directly at 410-989-7010.
REMINDER: Please be aware that Comcast is doing a lot of digging and will be using a tarp to put the dirt on for reuse while they lay seed and hay when finished. However, you may see wires and cables still sticking out as another crew will then come around to finish splicing and pulling fiber. Please DO NOT disturb anything they are doing. Although it may be unsightly, we will work with Moore Landscaping upon completion to make sure everything looks as good as new.
