ALERT: Possible Scams

It has come to our attention that there is a person claiming to be an insurance claims specialist in the area with a ladder giving estimates about roofs. He was seen on Hatteras Street without the permission of the homeowner. He identified himself as Tyler Granese with Kris Konstruction and it appears that he may not be registered in Maryland.

If you see anyone like this in the area, please call the police since it is most likely a scam.

Since the holidays are approaching, there may be many more scammers in the area. Be alert and look out for your neighbors.
