Reflectors on Property
It has come to the attention of the DRC that there are a number of homes in The Parke that have reflectors along the road.
On Page 15 of the DRC Guidelines it states: “Reflectors may not be placed in the 10 foot utility easement along the roadway. For safety reasons on residential property, standard reflectors are only permitted on the edge of the driveway down to the 10 foot utility easement and may not exceed 24 inches in height. An exception is made for Freeport Lane which is a private drive. Reflectors must be in good condition and well maintained.”
Any resident who has put out reflectors NOT in the approved location is asked to remove them immediately!
