Vaccine Tip from CDC
As a courtesy, we are passing on some information regarding the COVID Vaccine. Someone that received their second shot was informed by their nurse that women should not get their mammogram for at least four to six weeks after receiving the vaccine. This is because lymph nodes may become enlarged giving a false result for the mammogram.
We think that things like this may be helpful to pass on to your loved ones since all of this is still so new. Please be aware, this is not medical advice and you should refer all questions and concerns to your doctor.
Here is more information from the CDC web site.
Stay safe and well!
