GIFT CARD SCAM

Please be aware that the gift card scam has resurfaced and will send an email to residents that appears to be from Linda Olsen (Board President) or other known residents stating the following:

Hi Mary ,

Are you available to assist? I’m unavailable for now but I’ve got credence in you to take care of this. “Parke at Ocean Pines” needs some gift cards for donation to Veterans at Hospice care for preventive items from (COVID-19) due to their vulnerability. I will be responsible for the reimbursement. Thank you.
